Rules:

hours to complete your game. That means you can do plenty of preparations
outside the engine and even test your ideas in demo projects first. You can copy paste event code, variables, switches, etc from your practice project to your jam project. Waste of time to write your events twice.

The clock only ticks down when your Jam Project is open.
