Welcome to Tactical Operations!
We are a ArmA III Tac-sim Unit that has a heavy focal on using real world tactics to improve out performance in game, all new recruits will be trained in our tactics to a speed in which they are comfortable with.
We're an active gaming communtiy that play multiple games.
Behind the scene's we got multiple people working on our infrastructure, servers and sites are always kept up to date. And new mission files and events are being made monthly.

Arma 3 Apex sneak preview

Czech developer Bohemia Interactive was on hand at the PC Gaming Show to preview the next big piece of downloadable content for Arma 3, called Apex, which will launch for Windows PC on July 11. A press release issued during the show says that the new content, including parts of the 100 square kilometer Tanoa island are live now.

Everyone who pre-ordered Arma 3 Apex has Sneak Preview Access to all of the expansion’s content, except for the co-op campaign. To install the Apex Sneak Preview build, you simply need to right-click on Arma 3 in your Steam Library, go to “Properties,” visit the “BETAS” tab, and use the drop-down menu to select and install the Apex Sneak Preview build. This build represents a work-in-progress version and is not yet fully representative of the final Arma 3 Apex release.

BI’s Jay Crow took the stage with a special preview of the Apex cooperative campaign. The demo showed off a four-man infantry squad, armored with full-face ballistic helmets and supported by a massive vertical take-off and landing-capable gunship. He also let slip that the Blackfish, one of two new VTOL vehicles launching with the game, will be able to carry other vehicles internally to the front lines.

Tactical Operations Invade & Annex public server

Dear Arma community,

We are happy to anounce that our public Invade & Annex server is fully operational.

Our community member Hazunk has worked hard the past few days to implement the Source code by ahoy World’s Invade & Annex into a working and functioning mission file.
We hope that this way we can enjoy more events and recruit more members into our ranks.

Our Teamspeak has been updated to allow players to join specific rooms for the correct squad. By doing so we encourage players to communicate and have more fun in the proces. In the next few days we’ll be testing and bug fixing our mission file to allow a smooth gameplay experience. User feedback will be appreciated and we will help people with any problems or bugs they encounter.

We’ve also enabled high ranking members of our squad to use in depth admin tools to be able to prevent hackers or peopl that violate the rules. When joining the server you’ll be greeted with these new rules to allow for the best playing experience for everyone. Breaking this rules will result in a ban or kick.

There are multiple squads in the game. These variate from infantry to pilots. Every squad member plays a valuable role in his or her team. This role also has restrictions to it’s gear. For example a recon player won’t be able to use a launcher. This has been done to allow for a realistic gamplay experience.

We’ve put in multiple scripts. You’ll be able to HALO jump from a plane or repair and refuel vehicles at service points that are scattered around the Map.
