SEFTON VALLEY, MASSACHUSETTS - 2009

Hurricane Hugo, the latest in a series of devastating hurricanes, has started to crawl northward across the Atlantic, leaving the quiet town of Sefton Valley in its path of destruction. Residents have fortified their homes, stockpiled supplies, and are ready to hunker down until the storm dissipates.

Elsewhere, police have been conducting a nationwide manhunt for a killer - the worst killer in the history of the United States. Designated as Suspect Zero by law enforcement agencies, this killer has left a trail of gruesome murders with an endpoint in Sefton Valley.

As a group of police officers travel to Sefton Valley to apprehend Suspect Zero, Hurricane Hugo closes in with destructive gusto, leaving both them and the townsfolk trapped and isolated.

Will they survive the storm, or will they fall victim to Suspect Zero's sadistic hunt?
