Reduced Decay Mod + Larger Map

Due to popular demand, we have added a reduced decay on buildings for the new patch. Also the map size has been increased slightly.

The current decay rates are as follows:

Decay rates should be reduced by 75% on tool cupboards.

If this works well we shall keep it as is, or review the decay rates in the future.

ANTI OFFLINE RAID: increases base strength when you are offline but over a 48 hour period (if you do not return) your base will return to normal strength.

BANK: In the console if you type /bank you have a personal storage container to store your favourite items.

BLOOD TRAIL: leaves a blood trail when you are injured (bleeding) so you can be tracked.

CUSTOM SIGNS: paint your own uploaded image onto wooden signs.

DEATH MESSAGE: tells who died and by who or what.

PLAYER COUNTER: tells you how many players are on the server.
