Hello old friends, I moved out of the country in the midwest and to a place that has decent internet. Perhaps we will once again get some DayZ action going even though things are quite different than before. Let me know if anyone is still interested!

Greetings StickyGuts Crew,

The release of the "alpher" has marked not only the beginning of a full-fledged standalone title but also potentially a new chapter for us. It's been some time, I know, but let us celebrate the past, present, and the future of our group.

What's Next? -- you ask? Familiarization is next. Get comfortable with the basic mechanics all over again. Honestly I'm not sure how far we can go with the current state of the alpha but that can't / won't stop many of us getting from reacquainted with the game.

What do I forsee? My personal plan is to play and have fun with the game while maybe tapering off a bit until that next "big update" like vehicles, basebuilding, etc.

Maybe we'll keep it going strong or wait for the juicier updates -- neither choice bothers me in the slightest and I wouldn't mind hearing back from you guys if you've got any suggestions or comments.Stay safe in Chenarus+

Jake, I joined the game with a ghilie and an L85... the L85 disappeared and I was invisible until a server restart. Kind of a bummer that such a good scouting loadout was lost but c'est la DayZ.

whatever you do dont change clothes in this update. you will lose your inventory items
