NEW RAFFLE SYSTEM

I am implementing a raffle system for donors to get rewarded for their donations. Each month I will hold a drawing for a prize ($20 steam gift card will usually be the prize). If donation revenues are higher than expected, I do expect to increase the prize pool.

There will be a minimum donation amount as well as a minimum amount of donators to ensure a proper raffle. Each month I will post an announcement laying out the details of the month's raffle. At the conclusion of the month, I will hold a drawing live on stream to keep things honest and simple.
