- Must have Tech levels,Military armys & Fleets
-Must be active
- Note if any other faction then empire will be the rebels

Rules-
-Must keep up to date on tech levels

-Cannot spam heavys or ion cannons/heros if your group isnt to its level

-No upgradeing during battles

-Daily Credits will be given (will tell you what your income is according to planets)

-Break a rule you will be kicked
