All dilithium rewards have been boosted for the weekend. Dilithium earned from the Ferengi Mine, Fleet Mine, and Rich Dilithium claims are doubled.

Beginning January 30th Q will return with a new starship for you to earn which will be made for pimping out with Dyson gear. Get in on the action early to be the first to fly one of these hybrids!

They are releasing a game update (Season 8.5) as well, which will add a featured apisode starring a Trek actor who is bringing their character to life in STO for the first time. Season 8.5 also brings a few changes:

Updated 12 earlier fed career episodes to improve quality
Hourly events will be mostly replaced with weekend long events with better rewards. A small selection of these will change to dailies
Ability to change starships in sector space and social zones, as well as save pre-made builds.

Hey just so you all know I haven't left the guild or stopped playing the game... I just have little time to play as of late... I will be able to play soon though.
