A medi gun that, when uberd, all bullets that hit the ubered person reflect back at the shooter. downside: either medic does NOT get ubered, or REALLY slow uber charge

I would rather have this:

{somethin Wrench)

Replaces dispenser with building that repairs nearby buildings. building inside also take 25% less damage.
-cant repair with wrench
