So SS13 is cool. Fighting games are cool. So the two must mix, right? Turns out they actually do, so we're making characters in MUGEN.

Niggly posted an edit of Ronald's sprite to make him the Clown. I suggest we work off of that and make a goal to rework the Ronald character into the Clown.

Our first hurdle is the lack of a repository to share files and stay up to date with. With the way MUGEN characters work, each of is working on sprites seperately would be difficult.

First off, despite that hurdle, we should make it a goal to work on the Clown. Download Fighter Factory 3, and go from there.
