Definitely, btw the OST are in mp3 so we have access to a poor quality encoded ost as bonus, yay!

isnt it released on consoles because physical copies have to reach the stores early to sell them on time, and some store owners give them away early?

Well since it's been released on console for like a week due to some leaks.... :) idk if that's the case but really, some issues in the release and some lack of caring were done here.
