Splash Brother Rules

1. Always buy an AWP as soon as possible no questions asked.

2. If a teamate has an AWP, they must always check mid for 10 secs before rotating.

3. If everyone has a lot of money, Alfa, or I will give the permission for everyone to Splash with autos.
