ABOUT Southpaw's Campaign

New Napoleonic Wars campaign for everyone in the Oceanic Warband sphere!

No politics, just line battles and sieges. This non-partisan event is currently in the process of being organised.

So far we have the following in place for the campaign:

It will be hosted on Oceanic Event server, as I understand that everyone is happy to attend their events, and my number one priority is to get as many regiments in attendance by keeping this event apolitical. If someone has an issue with this campaign, then their issue is with me and I am available for discussion.

Events will take place at 7:30pm AEDT Tuesday and Thursday nights, with event meetings taking place at 7pm, as voted for in the first event meeting.

The setting will be the Spanish Peninsular War (UK vs France) as was last campaign. For the history buffs, the campaign will take place in a slightly alternate history in which Austria doesn't declare war on France in 1809 and Napoleon is able to go to Spain to deal with Wellington himself, as he had planned to. The reason for this is that we have an existing campaign map to work off, which had a lot of thought put into it. It is just the right size and the territories in it are made to promote a type of gameplay that will enhance the way campaigns tend to turn out.
