Time Progression: .5 Days = 1 Season, 2 Days = 1 Year

Explanation: This group is a tier where you get to found a civilization in an extremely early era. A small portion of the world (i.e. the Middle East, Africa, Asia, America) will be decided upon and people will be able to draw the borders of their early civilizations and thus founding their own history. Want to be the version of Hitler you always saw him as? Go ahead. Want to conquer the Middle East and form an Arab State? As you please. You are not bound to representing a nation that pre-existed and bound by their leaders or choices, only by yourself and your capabilties as a leader.

Rules

1. Don't be an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to each other
2. No slurs or accusations, if someone wants to play as a Hitler, Caeser, whatever they can but I don't want to see anyone insulting people because of religion, race, nationality, political "agenda", etc.
3. The max amount of time you can be on leave with immunity is 48 Hours. Any longer and your national will be available to attack and be run by AI.
4. Atleast 1 Announcement must be posted per day for this tier to be alive. If we go a day without 1 announcement (from anyone) then the tier will pause.
