2D Shooter Group

Soldat is a unique side-view multiplayer action game. It takes the best from games like Liero, Worms, Quake and Counter-Strike and gives you fast action gameplay with tons of blood and flesh. Soldiers fight against each other on 2D battle arenas using a deadly military arsenal.

This group is for those who play, have played or are a fan of the 2D shooter, Soldat.

JF maps are top notch, forever in my heart along with Trank's, Lewimati's and SonSukka's classic maps. And soldat indeed works fine on win7 and got no serious problems on win8/8.1/10... just compatibility mode might be needed.

I didnt have any problems installing 1.6.8 on win7 64-bit but cant say anything bout win8

I could try redownloading it. Gonna have to figure out installation for Windows 7. I wonder if people still climb my maps.

Are we still alive, I just tried some soldat after like (2 years break) and holy balls im rusty, still can find few pepole playing that game... I gotta catch some time from my world of tanks adventures and go try some climbing again :3
