I hereby declare that Diabotical is a video game for mere children. For instance, take the names of a few developers; "Raven", "FireFrog". Named after animals as if to appeal to their adolescent target demographic. The game even looks like a children's cartoon television programme. A stark contrast to its predecessor, Quake Champions, with its dark and Lovecraftian aesthetic. Diabotical is more akin to a child's playhouse. The players of such a game would tremble in fear at the sight of such horrors, so much so that they need to live in this children's world to feel at ease.
