A SteamGifts Giveaway Group!

Only one really explicit req- you have to have SOME contrib value. Anyone who meets this can friend me and ask for an invite, but you may not get it. I'd obviously like you guys to do group giveaways, but there's not like a "You must do a giveaway the first day you join" because honestly, at this moment I don't even have something. However, if you're in the group for a long time and you don't do any giveaways, I will eventually ask for one and possibly kick you if you don't do one within, say, a week of asking.
