Ranks

(Unattainable) - Senpai <3 (Master) - Reserved for the founder (@xMaraxus_Senpai).

(Special Invite Only) - Mikata ^-^ (Ally/Personal Friend) - Highest rank. Reserved for outstanding guild members only.

100RP - Sensai :D (Instructor/Respected) - Mid rank. Granted to active guild members who are willing to participate in guild activities often.

20RP - Minarai (: (Apprentice) - Low rank. Granted to new guild members who show an interest in guild participation and events.

0RP - Kohai :p (Underclass) - Entry rank. Default rank granted to new players freshly recruited into the guild.

How To Get Promoted

A new Ranking System consisting of Rank Points (RP) is being used to get promoted. How to earn RP? Socialize, do dungeons and quests, stuff like that. RP will be awarded as follows:

Invites: 5 RP - For each newly recruited member who provides your unique code to Senpai (Codes visible under the Member Notes in the Guild Roster for each member).

Socializing: 1+ RP - Earn points for simply chatting in the guild thread about anything non-offensive (such as racial slurs, politics, religion, and sexual orientation). RP values can change. Ex. Someone helping a guild member with tips about ESO may receive more RP than someone who simply says "hi" in the thread!

Log-ins: 1 RP - Gain RP simply for logging into the game! Please note that Senpai must be aware of your log-in to receive credit!

Dungeons: 2 RP - For every dungeon you clear with at least 1 other fellow guild member, you get 2 RP!

Crafting/Trading: 1+ RP - Get credit for crafting or trading items of value with other guild members! You can craft or trade on your own terms (Customer provides materials or cash, etc). RP values may change based on the quantity and quality of items traded/crafted!

PvE/Cyrodiil: 2RP/Hour - Be a member of my party in Cyrodiil (Will try for every Wednesday night around 8 P.M. EST) to gain RP per hour!
