It seems that their military structure would be more in line with that of Rome. Probably with a strong concentration of mercenary and barbarian units

Buying Attila off of G2A is better than on steam
Also, you can use R1:TW: Barbarian Invasion for AI if you have it
Or a Rise of Christianity mod for R2TW
