Administration Changes

I have two removals from the administration team today. One for @Poverseer (ZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZz) for large amounts of abuse, and one for @only12live for lack of time dedication to the server.

With that being said, I will be combing through everyone of our fine players and hoping to find a worthy spot for your administration team, however it may be awhile before I trust anyone for the position.
