User manual

Finished working on the user manual, english version may has not perfect translation, but it's better that nothing, I guess.

Half blocks were removed from ui, if you want to keep it, just write.
There was some problem with running on win10, so you should test is it fixed or not.
Also would be really nice to have screenshots / video of your exprience using Rubled.
Saves of prev. versions not supported, in new version camera position is saved.
