Planning for RootCon II

Since I've been a bit ♥♥♥♥ at organising all the info together:


DATES AND TIMES:
Check-in: 16:00, 18 Aug 2016
Check-out: 10:00, 25 Aug 2016



COSTS:
Rental Cost: £1,700
Damage Deposite (Refunded after holiday, I'll cover): £200

This means we will have to pay, (£1700 / (Number of People Coming)) each, in total.

I asked for £150 to take the edge off the cost, so it's likely there's going to be a bit of an extra wad of cash needed on the day (in the region of £20-40, probably.)

There's also food costs, but that's more malleable and manageable as we go along.

bedroom 2: double bed
bedroom 3: king bed single bed
bedroom 4: 3 single beds
beds in other rooms: sofa bed

So we can sleep 3 people, 2 extras comfortable with their sexuality, me and rainers get Bedroom 1 ;D (Substitutable for me and Kaz/Tappi if they get drunk enough)
