Please replace your .dll files with these:

Replace the .dll files in your Counter-Strike Xtreme V6 folder
C:\Program Files\Counter-Strike Xtreme V6\hlds.exe
That's the program used for hosting, everything inside is self-explanatory.¨

Manual-settings

Name your server, SV_Cheats etc
