REMOVE SPIRIT FROM DBD

Spirit's probably the most unfun Killer to go against. Your skill doesn't even matter when playing against her, all you have to do is guess whether or not she's phasing and where she's gonna be while phasing. It's not fun to play against. It's not fun to guess either.
