Update Log:

Nerfed Molotov Damage to Tanks

Damage Updates to compensate for the "Unkillable" tanks. All multipliers are from the base damage. (Actually works this time)

SI slightly buffed as well to compensate for buffed weapons.

Made upgrades slightly more difficult to get.
