Rad Codex Games

Horizon's Gate is one of my all-time favorite games! I love the RPG, trading, sailing, and fighting. It was simple, but with wide breadth. Loved the secrets that weren't some obscure puzzle, but just exploration. Hope you make another with ships, fighting, and trading!

@Radio Bug: I don't have any plans to make the engine open source (the editor crashes easily, and the code is a real mess). And I wouldn't want to take any cut of your profits - it's hard enough making it as an indie when you get 100% of the cut!

[-replying to you}: Are you considering making specific changes or bits of code shared between games open source? Or perhaps you are open to working with me and/or allowing me access so that I can make my own project with a similar combat & exploration system in exchange for a percentage of the profits if my game ever sees the light of day in any monetary sense?
