Your sniper class should include:
Intervention - FMJ or Extended Mags - (and any camo)
M93 Raffica - Silenced or Akimbo
or Spas 12 - grip
Equipment - Throwing Knife or Semtex - (preferably throwing knife)
Perk 1 - Sleight of Hand (Pro)
Perk 2 - Stopping Power (Pro)
Perk 3 - Ninja, Commando or Steady Aim (all Pro) - preferably Ninja
And Stun Grenades
Deathstreak - Your Choice

with the sniper class, a complementary Riot Shield Class (just for fun :D)

Any secondary (Preferably a launcher)

Perk 1 - Marathon (Pro)
