The New "Pyro" Is A Joke

Goodbye pyro. Hello leaveblower.

Summary:
-Lowered the skill needed to reflect
-Punish good pyros who set up ambushes
-Reward BAD people who died to W+M1 in the past
-Buff to demoman stickies which don't change colors but minicrit the Pyro and its team now
-Reward reckless people who flank your team and expect to come out living by nerfing afterburn
-In general, making a weak-DPS-weapon even weaker
-Breaking a broken mechanic (afterburn) even more
-Changing the Pyros role from defensive offense to pure support
