The 5th Session of Parliament and the First Senate Meeting.

Next month, on June, the 5th session of Parliament will be held where new bills proposed will be voted on. This session will also be on ratifying the first constitution of the PStates. Parliament will vote on the constitution as becoming the first solid framework of the government. All represenatives must vote "Aye" for it to pass. The first session of the Senate will also be take place if the constitution passes in Parliament. Senators will vote on the bill. If passed, it goes through Parliament, where the represenatives will vote. If it passes, the bill goes to the Prime Minister for final evaluation. Once the Prime Minister signs the bill, it will finally become a law. Note that the President can override the Prime Minister's decision.

A series of bills that were drafted.

--- Proposes that we officially create a new currency, the Pero, to stop the increasing inflation that's going on with our old currency, the Ducat. VETO'D!
--- Proposes that new hospitals will be built all around the Urban areas of the country. PASSED!
--- Proposes the rebuilding of the destroyed village Mechivale. This bill was passed through by Governor SupahMarioX. If it passes, the state capital for Lousiville will be in Mechivale, and an office for the Governor will also be built. PASSED!
--- A rather controversial bill, proposes that we expand the security of the northern border. The border is already marked by simple fence, and the number of crossings since the Animanga annexation have been at a record low. Some say it's nesscary to keep out any potential invaders, others say that it's simply a waste of time and money. VETO'D!
--- Proposes that for the first 10 new citizens of the PStates, they will receive land for free without any loans being due. PASSED!
--- Ratification of the first consititution of the PStates. Parliament will vote on the constitution, or make any changes if nesscary. All members of Parliament must vote "Aye" for the constitution to pass. PASSED!
