Changed max level player to 120.

Changed max engrams to 6 143, so at lvl 120, you can now learn all engrams.

Changed values for stats as following,
OLD values,
health=10
stamina=10
oxygen=20
food=10
water=10
weight=10
melee dmg=5%
speed=2%
fortitude=2
crafting speed=10

NEW values,
health=15
stamina=10
oxygen=20
food=25
water=25
weight=10
melee dmg=10%
speed=4%
