PLEASE NERF AKALI

We are in the opinion that Akali is way to OP. She already got 40% Winrate (10.3). Akali cant stay in that state and need definitly a Nerf.
Suggestion for some nerfs:
-If she moves, she shall use Energy
-Q Cooldown from 1.5 sec to 15 sec
-If she uses her shroud, she has to wait 2 sec to get invisible
-Remove second instance on R
-Passive scales with mana instead of AP & AD

Or just remove her
