Guys and gals,

After nearly a year since the last FRONTIER announcement, I am pleased to announce the spiritual successor to the HEAT private server. If you are looking for a community of gamers sharing the same ecosystem of a intuitive survival game experience, I encourage you to check out our new community server on ARK: Survival Evolved: FS GAMING. This game server is being hosted by ServerBlend.com, one of the TOP and most revered hosting companies in the space. Needless to say, I expect we will not have technical issues that plagued the HEAT server last February.

Prerequisites to play with us include owning ARK: Survival Evolved and downloading the FREE DLC map: Ragnarok.

FRONTIER UPDATE | Thank you & Farewell

There's a very wise saying:

"The only thing you can really control is how you react to things out of your control."

We had huge aspirations for HEAT, and while we got to spend three awesome weeks on the FRONTIER, it still doesn’t feel like enough - we were hungry for more but unfortunately starting now our community staff will no longer be supporting the FRONTIER server.

Getting on the forums, Steam discussion boards, or talking to you in-game directly has been a highlight of my brief experience in HEAT. The FRONTIER community was the best we could have hoped for and we hope you come with us wherever our next adventure may lead.

I want to thank all the people who initially believed in the FRONTIER and assisted in the promotion of this community. Thanks to A Tortoise Named Billy for rallying nearly 50+ players in the months leading up to the HEAT release. This influx of growth gave our community a strong foundation leading to the launch of FRONTIER. Additional thanks to Deccypher for reaching outside his comfort zone and playing on a RP-PvP server. Furthermore, the promotion in the Team Worldwide International Gaming community and weekly broadcasts were pivotal in crafting a strong awareness in the HEAT community.

Most of all, I want to thank you, our community members, for supporting FRONTIER, many of you from the very beginning. You embraced the role-play vision and fell in love with it just as I did. Thank you all for your feedback, your support and your dedication.

There’s a lot that I really wish I could have done, but the server hosting stability and HEAT itself are too overwhelmed with technical issues, so it looks like that’s just not meant to be. Simply put, I am not comfortable with facilitating a community dependant on a very flawed gameplay experience, with no concrete or visible end in sight.

Those of you who’ve followed FRONTIER, this is not goodbye. We may have stuff in the works that we hope you’ll share with us in the future, however, for now we must bid a farewell to the FRONTIER.

We’ll see you all again, another time on another world….
