Phil's TF2 Party (or PTF2P) is a self-hosted, dedicated Team Fortress 2 server focused on offering a casual, fun-to-play and easy to jump into game; following the roots of Phil's Sandbox Party, a Garry's Mod sandbox server primarily made for building.
