If you haven't put it together yet this account was phished from me years ago.
I had moved on and made another account after i was unable to fix the problem.
I found a way to prove my identity and the account is now mine yet again.

I haven't stopped playing tf2 and now am able to stream reliably with new setup/internet/etc.
