The next map wipe will be tomorrow (Thursday) between 2PM and 3PM EDT

Completely redid the event timers. Many events will now go off every 6 hours, with events rotating to the next event each hour. There is still a few on a random timer. Part of the goal with this new scheduling is to slow the events modestly and make the base game's monuments a bit more relevant.

All vanilla events are using vanilla timers
