PEANUT OF PRESIDENT, ALMOND FOR VICE

PEANUT FOR PRESIDENT

THE MAN WITH THE PLAN!

Mr. Peanut is the advertising logo and mascot of Planters, an American snack-food company and division of Kraft Foods. He is depicted as an anthropomorphic peanut in its shell dressed in the formal clothing of an old-fashioned gentleman: a top hat, monocle, white gloves, spats, and a cane and has all of the qualites to be president! He has been a very well known congressman and has veiws supporting independance. He is a strong willful leader AND HAS A PLAN!!

ALMOND FOR VICE

The almond (Prunus dulcis, syn. Prunus amygdalus) is a species of tree native to the Middle East, the Indian Subcontinent and North Africa.

"Almond" is also the name of the edible and widely cultivated seed of this tree. Within the genus Prunus, it is classified with the peach in the subgenus Amygdalus, distinguished from the other subgenera by the corrugated shell (endocarp) surrounding the seed.

The fruit of the almond is a drupe, consisting of an outer hull and a hard shell with the seed, which is not a true nut, inside. Shelling almonds refers to removing the shell to reveal the seed. Almonds are sold shelled or unshelled. Blanched almonds are shelled almonds that have been treated with hot water to soften the seedcoat, which is then removed to reveal the white embryo. Almonds are also very well know for their many offices in government like congress, senate, and house of representatives. Almond would make a great vice president seeing as though he has steady political views and ideas to make this contry the once glorious masterpiece it once was.
