If the group ever gets big, here's some accronym tags to make everything easier.

First tag: Country
Ex. [US]

Second tag: Types of missions interested in
Ex. [Stealth]
Ex. [Loud]
Ex. [Anything]

Third tag: If you have a particular character ability that brings something to the group
Ex. [Saw]
Ex. [Lockpicking]
Ex. [C4]
Ex. [C4/Lockpicking]
etc.

Fourth tag: If you have a mic, add [Mic]
Ex. [Mic]

Altogether it should look something like this:
