Papa, the hairless raccoon, was once just a normal raccoon living in the sewers of Brooklyn. But after a freak accident involving toxic waste, he was transformed into a hairless, intelligent being with a thirst for power.

Papa saw the humans living above him in their fancy homes and wanted what they had. He began using his cunning and intellect to manipulate the criminal underworld of Brooklyn, building an empire of illegal activity.

Despite his appearance, Papa was a force to be reckoned with and those who crossed him quickly learned the hard way that he was not to be underestimated. He had no qualms about using violence to get what he wanted, but his true weapon was his charisma and ability to charm those around him.

Papa's ultimate goal was to rule over all of Brooklyn and become the most powerful criminal kingpin the city had ever seen. He was willing to do whatever it took to achieve this, even if it meant tearing down everything in his path.

Many feared Papa, but just as many were drawn to his charismatic personality and promises of wealth and power. As he rose to the top of the criminal underworld, it seemed that there was nothing that could stop him. But as with all things, his downfall was just a matter of time.
