The French Revolution has begun. France was warned by Austria not to cause problems throughout Europe and a week later France took it as a chance to spread its influence. Now Austria and France are at war with the state of Sardinia Piedmont supporting Austria. Spain sits in a personal union with France to do as they wish. Napoleon leads his Grande Armée through Italy to defeat the reactionary countries. The world is watching and the fate of the world depends on the victor of this war. The Italian countries sit divided Dreaming of a untied Italian nation under one banner, but will it ever happen. Scandinavia sits divided between Denmark and Sweden creating a rivalry that can lead to war and the victor of this war could be a major threat. Germany still divided but an ambitious people called the Prussians seek to unify its German race. England sits united for the first time in history and is a major power but how long will this last. Russia seeks to expand its ever growing Empire and from this Europe is in danger. The Ottomans seek to take more land and to finally beat these infidels as Persia sits on its other side striving to reclaim its once great empire. Austria sits in the middle with a war with France and possibly the Ottomans should they come out victorious power they will find. And last the Polish sit weak after years of a falling from its great status but should they reclaim their lands that empire will emerge and become a world power.

Rules:
You need a casus belli to declare war
Only France (And subjugated countries of France) can use the Revolution casus belli
Holy Wars are valid, but only between Catholic and Islam states
Border disputes (Trespassing, attacking without declared war)
Threat of Invasion: If another country starts expanding rapidly (I.E. taking large amounts of territory that neighbours you)
Nationalism means to fight for territory that is your culture only
Imperialism, only empires can use this casus belli
Reconquest, to take territory that belonged to you before (You may take more but only up to five provinces)
