Operation: Time Crisis

After investigating the odd time fluctuations in the space-time continuum, we have noticed that something or someone is indeed finding a way to manipulate time...

After tracking the sources of these "time leaps," I noticed that this person found a way to contact me. Here is what his message says, after I have decrypted the message, that originally consisted of illegible glyphs.

"The spatial and temporal dimensions of such quantum physics are [so] complicated to mans... [They] refute to understand... what the world would be... How the elements of time can [be] so much more... than they know."

It is too early to tell whether or not to take this as a serious threat, but as of now, keep and open eye-- I fear that time is NOT on our side.
