According to SteamDB as of May 2025 (SteamOS would have changed before this, but I can't get past cloudflare on this PC for some reason...):
Steam Deck:
This game is unsupported on Steam Deck due to use of an unsupported anti-cheat
SteamOS:
This game is unsupported on SteamOS due to use of an unsupported anti-cheat or multiplayer service[/quote]

The source thread mainly focuses on Nexon's Counter-Strike: Online 2. Valve, to my knowledge, only uses VAC client-side. Whatever this Xi...dex antish!t this is doesn't sound like something to be included in any Valve game.
