1) It is a universe with multiple galaxies.

2) We each have the same starting galaxy with a random start point. It is up to you if you decide to make your way to the center. You could likely spend all your time exploring a single planet, or find a trade route you like. It is up to you. After all..

3) 19,000,000,000,000,000,000 planets all to scale of actual planets, not counting all the other stuff in the universe as well. *hopes to find space whales in a nebula or ewoks on a moon*

4) No Load Screens, everything is procedurally generated.

5) 10% chance at finding life, with 1% of it being complex life

6) What you discover, as it is generated for that encounter, will appear the same for any other traveler that comes across said planet, etc.. The tree you see will be in the exact same position for the next person that comes along.

8) The stars you see in the sky aren't just there for their beauty, they are actually places you can go. You can fly there without using your hyperdrive engines even.. Though that would take a long time! Best to use them!

7) What you so name in your discoveries, etc.. Will be shown as such, for other players. So name well!

8) What you do, small scale, is saved just for you.. So, you blasting a small hole won't show up for the next person on the off chance they come across it.. It will save for you. Larger scale stuff will be saved for everyone.. Helping to blow up part of a fleet for example; they will see that.

9) Each planet has it's own single biome with w/e weather, as created, upon the initial encounter when it was discovered. Based on how the game is designed.. Type of sun, position of the planet from it, etc.. A lot of things come into effect when it is generated for your descovery. As with life.. There are many variations of life and planets to be found. It really is a full universe where you will never run out of new life and things to see.. There are black holes.. Desert planets with large worms like from dune. Waterworlds.. Lifeforms the size of dinosaurs on some planets! Barren worlds, worlds harsh and new with lava, acid rain, etc..

10) You really do have a full universe of galaxies beyond the one you start in to explore! Alien races and factions fighting over stuff.. Pirates, traders, explorers, new unique ships to find and name. New technologies to discover and learn.. Combine elements on the in game periodic table to create new alloys.. The sky isn't even the limit! Explore deep oceans, come across alien ruins, learn an alien's language to better trade with him! Watch out for pirates! Perhaps you wish to mine some asteroids and hide out waiting for a fleet to emerge? Flying in with some raiders you see and attack them stealing the supplies! Or you want to explore an entire planet or moon all to scale? Find a profitable trade route? Checking out the different space stations and complexes built by aliens on some of the planets you see? An entire universe is yours to explore!

11) Not all planets are policed by sentinals, Besides.. Who are they to police you!? :D :)

12) DLC will not be released in the normal sense.. They will make improvements and additions to how you interract with the galaxy, all of that is free. There will be no more money spent beyond the initial purchase of the game. I don't know about you guys, but i look forward to new technologies being introduced.. Perhaps ships large enough to move around in? More things you can do, hehe. Game looks exciting!

13) Even the developers don't know all what is in the game. What types of planets or solar systems, or what life is out there.. They have sent out bots to help explore! It truly is a big universe with a lot to discover! Sean even recounted landing on a planet unaware that there were plants that could hurt him, and so was attacked by one. He then got a signal in an ocean and swam down to see what it was.. Not knowing what it was.. He died on his way down as his suit wasn't upgraded enough to handle the deep. He never could find that spot again, and so.. He will never know what was at the bottom of that ocean.

14) It is multiplayer, but there is less than 1% chance you will ever run into another person that is not an npc.. Because everything is HUGE and we will all be long dead before it is fully discovered. Unlikely the universe will ever be, hehe. It's super big! You will more than likely come across places people have been and get to see what they have done there. The creatures they have named.. A unique ship they have discovered and named.. If you wanna buy that ship, etc..

15) I don't know if this one is true.. But I recall something about how you will be aware of where your friends are/their discoveries? So, perhaps you can plan a meet up? Long journey later :P Of course, actually finding each other.. Space station maybe? God help you trying to co-ordinate a place to land, haha. Even if you wanted to land on an asteroid.. WHICH I HEARD YOU CAN DO! If it is big enough.. Awesome! Lol. But yeah.. I even saw a video which showed footage of alien ruins where there was this silver moving sphere of liquid that, when he walked into it, opened a portal on what looked like another world.. I wonder how that will come into play? I'll have to blow into a few alien compounds and steal some tech to keep myself safe! if i walk through that portal, hehe.

[My guess is when we get there a lot of the mysteries we come across will be answered and the universe will open up and we will be able to go to other galaxies. I recall sean saying the closer we get the more interesting things will become, and the more dangerous!]
