Bring Back the old Alien Swarm Tesla Gun!

The tesla gun used to be a very well balanced gun if used properly, required consistant reloads in exchange for effective damage and slowing the ememy, valve released an update on the 23 of july of 2010 making bad changes such as less effectivity, and at the same time made it so the ammo would drain even tho it wasn't hitting anything, this has made the tesla stray from one of the best to quite possibly the worse gun in the game
