Patch storm

Well theres been alot of patches recently. Hopefully all of them for the good and no regressions. Some of the things are more ammo for weapons and quicker oil spawn times, but there is also some helpful limitations to help you with ships that go over the speed limit( they bounce/twitch if they go over) and also some buffs to the cannons to help you in those battles for the rig.

All those found with \ in their name will be perma banned from the naval server. There is a prevailing issue with the administrations code that makes this a very serious issue and is heavily harmful to the server.

Upon fixing of such error, you will be unperma'd or by direct contact of either I or another head SGC member after changing your name to not include a \.
