No Covenants between Men and Lions

MyrC is based off private defense contractors, think Blackwater. It is well known that
the private sector is more efficient than the government and we would like to mirror that concept, cut the fat that comes with normal military operations and boost the amount of combat effectiveness.

MyrC will be tasked with more special and covert operations, utilizing combined arms. To effectively deploy assets available, MyrC is split into 2 divisions; Infantry and support.

• Infantry – This division is the bulk of the operation and tip of the spear. They are tasked with completing most of the marked objectives, utilizing the other division to assist.
  
• Support- The support division includes the pilots and mechanized drivers, as well as specialized infantrymen like a CSAR fireteam, a recon team, and the JTACs.

Ranking System

Since this is not a “government military” unit we do not employ traditional ranks, instead we have 3 titles; recruit, operator, and overseer.

• Recruits – New members that haven't been awarded a badge. Normally slotted as riflemen and assistants
  
• Operators – General members. Fill AR, Grenadier, FTL, and SQL roles.
  
• Overseers – The “officers” of the corporation. During operations overseers will fill the highest command roles.

Certifications

Instead of using traditional ranks we use a certification system. Once a member is proficient in a role they will be given a badge that denotes that they can confidently perform the duties necessary of that role. (ex. Members that can use the medical system will be given a medical badge. Members that can effectively pilot an aircraft will be given a pilot badge. Etc..)

Any Operator can obtain a badge at any time, there are no “tests” or “courses” you must simply show that you are capable of performing the tasks of that role.
