We had enough of russians , No More!

A group of European and US players whoa re tired of russian players who just speak in their own language , curse everybody , spam text or audio chat and ruin games.
WE DON'T THINK THAT ALL OF THEM ARE THE SAME BUT MOST OF THEM ARE

We need as many ppl as we can get to get valve's attention. ( even if this has 99.99% chance to be useless )
