IN-GAME COMMUNICATION :

From now on we use mumble for every match and if you can't use your mic for a specific reason write down below. Also, if you dont know how to get or set up mumble comment below please. If you don't have a mic get one, I understand if you can't comm on somedays if u can't play on certain days.


MONDAY TRAINING :

Yes, we have training and I want everyone there, subs and core players. During training we will talk about what we did wrong in weeklies and/or scrims we win or lose and talk about what we will have to better nect time. Also during training we will get used to different maps and work out key strategies we will use in game. We will usually train for an hour from 8pm. We will also work on our rollouts.


SCRIMS/WEEKLIES/MATCHES/GAMES :

We want to be on the server we will play the match on and on the map around 15 minutes before the games begin. This is so that we can get familiar with the map and just see where sticky traps can be put, sentry spots, rollout practise, e.t.c.


GAME STRATS :

From now on all our game strategies will be put in DISCUSSIONS. All our match and game reviews will be put in announcements along with the LIVE LOGS links and DEMO link.


THE TAG :

The tag is to be worn in scrims and matches, I would like to be also worn in pugs. You are not expected to wear the tag 24/7 just in pugs and scrims.


PUB/PUG SATURDAY :

This is not compulsory. However it is important to play with others in the team, so that you get used to playing with them and you see how they play. Also I would like everyone to add each other. It is important that everyone in the team are friends, positive criticism is good but don't slam people on how they play. HL teams need to work cohesively and so everyone needs to get to know everyone. Also whenever your on just see if anyone is on mumble and just have a chat. It would be great if everyone was always on mumble even when we aren't playing. (However if I have a 6s match we use the same mumble so I may ask you to hop of the channel :O hehe). Also a good way to bond is buy trolling together.

Many trolls require more than one players and it is a good way to work together. An example of a troll I have done with team mates includes standing on BonkItUp's head as enemy (Bonk was red, I was blue) outside red's spawn and we crouched and when people came out I jumped down and stabbed. If that same person came out to spy check I was safe on Bonk's head. I am not saying always troll but if your bored just have fun make a tele trap with a team mate, enjoy playing with your team mates.
