Who are we?

We are not one of those clan communities that have 100+ members and keep only those at the top playing in the main team. We are a small eSports organisation. We have a main team of 5 players and 1-2 reserve spots.

What are we trying to do?

We are currently reworking the main team, practising and trying to be competitive. We've only just started and there is a long road ahead of us.

Practice

Okay guys, tomorrow we start with the training. As c3ladynn is the most experienced he will lead the training schedule, and call the shots in practice.
I would like all of you to be online tomorrow at 20:00 PM UTC+1 so we can start training together.

So, the training went okay considering the players in the team as individuals are great but lacking teamwork. I have to run now so I won't write a long post but keep in mind:

1.) We'll make a vote on practices (when to have them and how to have them)
2.)I'll make a Discord chatroom so we can have better voice and also some great plug-ins
3.)We'll assign Team Roles. The roles are (AWP, Rifler, IGL(Caller), Fragger, and Support)
