The President has the power to control the movements of the armies and navies. All Generals, Admirals, Leuitenants, and Commanders must report directly to the president and in some cases, the Vice President. Generals and Admirals have command over the armies including the leuitenants and commanders. Wars will be fought on ETW and NTW.
