In this community, all giveaways are monitored and controlled by Moderators. You CAN still create a giveaway, and all credit will go to you - but to ensure our policy, a Middleman or Moderator will assist or administrate it. We will permanently ban anyone who joins this group with a VAC or Game Ban. There are no exceptions.

TL;DR - Create a Giveaway and have a Middleman, but VACs and Game Bans are Perma-banned.
